Discharge Summary (V3) (urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.1.8:2015-08-01) has the following constraint: This structuredBody SHALL NOT contain a Chief Complaint and Reason for Visit Section (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.13) when either a Chief Complaint Section (1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.13.2.1) or a Reason for Visit Section (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.12) is present (CONF:1198-30569). The custom Schematron is the following: This structuredBody *SHALL NOT* contain a Chief Complaint and Reason for Visit Section (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.13) when either a Chief Complaint Section (1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.1.13.2.1) or a Reason for Visit Section (2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.12) is present (CONF:1198-30569). The Schematron doesn't work.
