Existing Wording

Wound Measurements Value set 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.20.2.5 (dynamic) IG table says 'A value set of SNOMED-CT codes to capture the dimensions of a wound' but the value set is using LOINC codes.

Proposed Wording

Update IG to state LOINC instead of SNOMED CT
