Proposed Wording

I'm not sure what to propose here but the current wording seems incomplete or inconsistent. The table includes several SNOMED CT codes such as 19681004. Do we need to update the table definition to state which SNOMED CT codes are included in the value set? Or were those SNOMED CT codes mistakenly included in the table? Do the allowed CPT4 codes include everything in the 99200 – 99607 range or only those specifically listed in the table?
