Existing Wording

In the template Immunization Activity Act (V3) (TemplateId: 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.52:2015-08-01) there is an entryRelationship to the Instruction (V2) template (TemplateId: 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.20:2014-06-09). I am trying to represent an instruction that already occurred during the immunization activity. In the description of the Instruction (V2) template, it notes: "The template's moodCode can only be INT. If an instruction was already given, the Procedure Activity Act template (instead of this template) should be used to represent the already occurred instruction." However, the Immunization Activity Act (V3) does not list the Procedure Activity Act template as a possible entryRelationship.

Please add the Procedure Activity Act (V2) (TemplateId: 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.12:2014-06-09) as a possible entryRelationship for the Immunization Activity Act (V3) (TemplateId: 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.52:2015-08-01).
