The value set for status of Result Observation (V3) [Result Status urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.11.20.9.39 STATIC] is broadly incompatible with the FHIR US Core value sets for Observation status (http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-observation-status.html) and DiagnosticReport status (http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-diagnostic-report-status.html).
