      4/8/2021 Discussed in SDWG - vendors have a responsibility to use currently available content from the true source Code System.  RxNorm should be used to confirm they have current codes when the information is medication related.  This is also true for preliminary codes that are being developed for emergent situations.

      When conducting testing, the Sequoia Interoperability Testing Platform and the SITE C-CDA Validators report a vocabulary error for the RxNorm Code 1359861. Upon research, it appears this is a valid code according to this URL link: https://ncim.nci.nih.gov/ncimbrowser/pages/concept_details.jsf?type=sources&code=C3464559&sab=RXNORM&sourcecode=1359861&checkmultiplicity=true
