Existing Wording

The Note Types Value Set (urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.11.20.9.68) version 20191017 is missing three note types specific in USCDI v1: Laboratory (11502-2) Pathology (11526-1) Diagnostic Imaging (18748-4) This value set is used in the Notes Section template [section: identifier urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.2.65:2016-11-01 (open)] and in the Note Activity template Note Activity [act: identifier urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.22.4.202:2016-11-01 (open)]

Proposed Wording

Update the Value Set Definition to include these three additional codes.
