      When sending information about a coverage extension along with a prescription, all that's necessary is the extension id, group id, planholder and beneficiary information. The issuer is optional and the planholder/beneficiary relationship isn't tracked at all. (It may have been used when the request for coverage was sent, but it's not needed when transmitting the existence of coverage to the pharmacy.)
