In #7641 the submitter suggested reviewing the extensions in this profile for inclusion on the pharmacy resources.

When I first started looking at the FHIR Medication-related resources, this profile had me very confused.

After working with the pharmacy committee for a while, it is clear to me they do not plan to maintain/sheopard this extensions and I consider its presence in the build to be, at best, confusing for users and implementers because most of the information is outdated and even conflicts with the guidance given by the workgroup.
