      In pharmacy practice this is called "additionalInstructions" therefore non-persuasive. The plural is not there because of a list, it is there because of common usage/terminology

      This is a methodology rule. That way you get:

      <additionalInstruction><!-- instruction 1 -></additionalInstruction>
      <additionalInstruction><!      - instruction 2 -></additionalInstruction>
      <additionalInstruction><!      - instruction 3 --></additionalInstruction>

      instead of

      <additionalInstructions><!-- instruction 1 -></additionalInstructions>
      <additionalInstructions><!      - instruction 2 -></additionalInstructions>
      <additionalInstructions><!      - instruction 3 --></additionalInstructions>

      (which is confusing)
