Suggest to introduce SpecimenDefinition as a new resource type, inferred from the current resource Specimen, converted to a list of requirements (type of specimen, containers, additive, minimal and normal collection volume), so without Specimen.status and Specimen.subject.

This is needed to support the eDOS business case of sharing a laboratory catalog of IVD testing services, with specimen collection requirements expressed for each orderable service.
