DataElement (see StructureDefinition) [deprecated]
-
Two questions:
Q1: How a coded DataElement could have one ValueSet for normal answers (v2 OM3-4), and another for abnormal answers (v2 OM3-5).?
(Requirement coming from eDOS IG)
I suppose that this is a case for using multiple occurrences of DataElement.element: One occurrence would represent the normal answers (through binding to a ValueSet of these normal answers), the other one the abnormal answers (binding to a distinct ValueSet).
Q2: If this is a solution, as a complement, would ValueSet.useContext enable to characterize the value set as being "normal answers" versus "abnormal answsers"?
