To support major use case #1 announced in scope of DataElement, need to be able to describe reference (normal) ranges per patient criteria, and critical ranges per patient criteria (sex, age, gestational age, race, ...)

Currently ElementDefinition offers absolute range minValue[x] and maxValue[x].

Would this be also the case to use multiple occurrences of DataElement.element?
