      Include clarifying language (not constraint) that it is either or, not both so it is clear that when one collects a specimen first and then enters a request, the request points to the specimen it applies to, and otherwise, if the request is entered first with an unknown specimen, when the specimen is created it points to request.       DiagnosticRequest does not reference Specimen resources.

      I understand the argument saying that the LOINC code implies a type of specimen. However, how can the orderer express: I have collected this specimen, at this time, on this body site, by this method, identified with this number … etc
      Or is this taken care of by the Workflow features? In this case, there is a need for an explanation of that in the DiagnosticRequest description.

      It is currently unclear.
