I'm working through the QA checklist and stumbled upon a few things:
1) The table within http://hl7-fhir.github.io/lifecycle.html#error is not populating correctly for Condition as Condition.verificationStatus does indeed have an entered-in-error value, but it shows nothing for Condition.
2) The QA report (http://hl7-fhir.github.io/qa.html#d1e7224) also erroneously shows INFORMATION:Condition A resource must have an 'entered in error' status even though Condition.verificationStatus has a entered-in-error code in the value set.
3) 1) http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=DSTU_QA_Guidelines has 1d (Resource should have an definition for 'entered in error' status (see lifecyle.html#error)), but the linked spreadsheet (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18HfXF7mUCUV7jACCG0oejFp6D-ibtvbmcgywNhn76lw/edit#gid=0) does not include 1d. Does this row need to be added to the spreadsheet or am I looking at an older spreadsheet (since it is named DSTU2)?
Note: The http://hl7-fhir.github.io/w5.html does show Condition.verificationStatus correctly in the status column. Is the issue that Condition supports two statuses (clinicalStatus and verificationStatus), so that is confusing the QA report and lifecycle error table?
