The Condition resource has a STU note [1] asking for feedback "The Patient Care WG has recommended that Condition.category be changed to a code data type with a required binding to the condition-category value set (containing the four codes: complaint | symptom | finding | diagnosis as noted above)."

Feedback: I disagree with making category a code with required binding to a value set with only 4 codes because that would be inconsistent with DAF Core and Argonaut IG because the proposed required value set doesn't contain problems and health concerns.

The Argonaut IG for Problems and Health Concerns [2] has a Condition.category value set [3] that includes health-concern and problem codes.

DAF Core Condition [4] text summary says "The DAF Condition Category Codes supports the separate concepts of problems and health concerns in Condition.category in order for API consumers to be able to separate health concerns and problems."
