1. It indicates it conforms to profile Consent, when it is now Consent Resource

2. The narrative should really explain the structure of the encoded. That is that what is encoded in the example is an overall Deny consent Directive, with an exception "Permit" of purposeOfUse "ETREAT" at "Good Health" hospital, and exception "Deny" all other purposeOfUse from good health hospital.

3. The reference to this example from the Consent "General Model" section could be read to be an example of withholding authorizing 'treatment', when it is a Privacy Consent, so it is witholding access to the data except for emergency treatment. The words should be
