I understand that the Consent has a timeframe for which the consent itself is valid. However how might an exception be made for accesses within a tighter timeframe?

Dr Bob can access my records during the Day, not at night.

Dr Bob can access my records only during my episode of care, but not after discharge (while full consent allows broader access for longer)

Is this a common policy need?

Is this commonly implemented today? Might be a candidate for extension for exception on user context.
