      DeviceMetric is not itself an observation but is instead meant to hold the characteristics or meta data for a measurable parameter. For this reason it was set as an Administration module.

      Brought up in DEV meeting 25 October, all present agreed this resource should stay as admin module for the reason described above. Thus setting to Resolved- No Change

      Proposed Wording: Diagnostics > DeviceMetric

      Comment:

      The Admnistration Module does not appear to be a correct domain for a device metric. It's a device observation minus patient context. It's similar to the DeviceMetricObservation which does include a reference to the patient.

      Summary:

      Suggest changing the module for DeviceMetric since it's an observation.
