I have seen discussion on Zulip FHIR chat that there is an intention to rename MedicationOrder to MedicationRequest. If this is still intended, then the balloted resource should have described this intent and asked for feedback. At this point I would vote against renameing MedicationOrder because it was not stated clearly during the ballot process.
