      Proposed Wording: Add - Consent.authority Definition: Entity or Organization having regulatory jurisdiction or accountability for enforcing policies pertaining to Consent Directives. [Based on ISO 8873-1:2006(en), 3.1

      Comment:

      No Consent Directive is complete without an indication of the authority that deems it compliant with the consent policies upon which it is based.

      A Consent Directive must name the authority having jurisdiction to deem the Consent Directive as an enforceable contract. Without an authority, it is not a Consent Directive.
