Proposed Wording: All Resources (featured prominently)

The old home page had a link to "All Resources" which was the most useful link on the entire page. It has been removed in the latest release. Please put it back. The current workaround of hunting for the Table of Contents, then figuring out that Resource Index is the one you want is combursome.
