      Existing Wording: More fine-grained filtering can be performed using the metadata and/or terminology hierarchy in Observation.code.

      Proposed Wording: remove sentence.

      Comment:

      This statement in observation.category "More fine-grained filtering can be performed using the metadata and/or terminology hierarchy in Observation.code." seems too complicated and burdensome to a consumer who may or may not have all of the coding system's metadata or the coding system may not be hierarchical in nature.
