      Motion to accept as proposed to support both Specimen referencing DiagnosticRequest or DiagnosticRequest referencing Specimen. Kathy Walsh, Francois Macary

      Include clarifying language (not constraint) that it is either or, not both so it is clear that when one collects a specimen first and then enters a request, the request points to the specimen it applies to, and otherwise, if the request is entered first with an unknown specimen, when the specimen is created it points to request. Agreed to include in motion.
