Existing Wording: (Lifecycle event 25.) Verify: Content is reviewed and affirmed for accuracy, completeness

Proposed Wording: Verify: The Record entry is evaluated for compliance with identified applicable specifications.

      Comment:

The current descriptive statement, although not intended to be a definition, is misleadingly specific in its references to (only) two attributes ("accuracy", "completeness") that a particular Record Entry might be "verified" against. (We have the LRI IG as a use case for Verify, exemplifying its necessary relationship to "identifed specifications".) A more general descriptive statement is required, imported or derived from three candidate definitions proposed by Security and by EHR in the course of the currently-suspended EHR/Security Vocabulary Alignment work.
