Proposed Wording: (As in proposed for "Verify" above, if such doesn't already exist explaining the appearance of Encrypt as a new LCE, a reference to or notation of a "new RLE" process is necessary since the current IG statement that all are already RLE in EHR FM R2 is not correct.
