Existing Wording: Lifecycle event 4 Attest: Content is attested for accuracy and completeness - typically during/after conclusion of an Action
Proposed Wording: Option, based on derivations from three draft definitions. Record Entry is validated for identified external stakeholder attributes including accuracy and completeness.
Comment:
A broader description statement for Attest may be considered. (Though procedurally more difficult, perhaps not possible since it does exist in the FM R2 RI section.) In the now-suspended EHR/Security Vocabulary Alignment work, it was found useful to distinguish Verify (to paraphrase-assess for compliance with "internal" org specs, ) from Validate (assess for compliance with "external" org specs, especially for objects generated for export/change). There will, of course, be overlaps.
