A clinical impression is strictly speaking the outcome of the clinical assessment, which includes the procedure and the evaluation / judgment

As such, the short description is semantically inaccurate and confusing

Suggest wording change, which also brings the description in alignment with ClinicalImpression.decription = "why/how the assessment was performed"
