Will change the definition to "A label for human use intended to distinguish like teams. E.g. the "red" vs. "green" trauma teams. "

Will add a usage note: The meaning/purpose of the team is conveyed in CareTeam.type. This element may also convey semantics of the team (e.g. "Red trauma team"), but it's primary purpose is to distinguish between identical teams in a human-friendly way. ("Team 18735" isn't as friendly . . .)

Side note: within the same block vote, GF#11347 has resolution to rename type to category. If approved, the usage note will need to reflect the new name of CareTeam.category instead of the existing name of CareTeam.type

      Comment:

CareTeam.type (0..*) and CareTeam.name (0..1) - it is unclear how these two properties are related

For example: a disaster response team (type) can have multiple function teams (crisises assessment team, medical emergency team, evacuation coordination team, etc (name))

Age Care placement team - can have clinical team, age care assessment team, social services team

Is the CarePlan.name element used to contain a concatenated team names given in the examples above?

A set of clearly defined use cases that differential these two properties, how they are to be used with example values will be required
