Archived is ambiguous (does that mean there is now a copy in the archive, or the only copy is in the archive and it is it no longer available locally? what about modern systems that don't have an archive and all contenct is "in cache"?) and doesn't necessarily add more info than the current states (do I care about whether the study is archived or not, or just whether it is immediately available ["Online"] or after some delay ["nearline"] . Archived may have some internal relevance to the PACS, and generally doesn't need to be exposed. DICOM storage commit is also available. No change necessary.
