Existing Wording: 9.1.3.2 Negated Allergy and Intolerance:

"Allergies with the status "entered-in-error" are considered to be inactive allergies"

Proposed Wording: Allergies with the status "entered-in-error" indicates that the Allergy or intolerance statement is entered by mistaken and hence invalid

      Comment:

A statement entered in error reflects a mistake in documentation and should not be asserted as indicating an inactive clinical status
