condition.category codes imply that findings and symptoms are conditions, though the boundary section notes that these should be handeled using observation instead - regardless of use of code vs codeable concept the concepts of symptom and finding category to have a clear defintion of WHEN it is appropriate to use them in condition. since complaint is patient generated and diagnosis is physician generated I am more inclined to have a required binding to code
