Agree that vitals signs mean different things to different audiences. These measurements orginated from ONC but serve a broader purpose here : namely to provide a core set of measurements that can be reliable retrieved across the FHIR space. Also recognize that over time the list may shrink or expand as what we think of as vitals changes. Propose 1) Add following text to first sentence in the introduction: "... that include the primary vitals signs plus additional measurements such as height weigth and BMI... and 2) add the bold text to the guidance "Other profiles may make rules about which vital sign must be present or must be present as part of a panel or expand the list to include other vital sign"
