      Motion to add the suggested qualifier elements in addition to the already described elements and replace the erroneous code with a new LOINC. Regenstrief to supply new panel and codes to use. The measurement qualifiers identified in the spreadsheet are optional, add the measurement qualifiers identified in the spreadsheet to the notes field for the panel, not as additional rows in the table and add the LOINC names for ALL codes to the table

      Proposed Wording: LOINC will create a new code appropriate to the panel.

      Comment:

      The top level code is not a real LOINC panel code. It is an ancient term that is vague. Would rather create a new panel code that lined up with the terms that end up going in here.
