Here's mistake at the definition of sequence.type, it should be[ AA | DNA | RNA|http://hl7.org/fhir/2016sep/valueset-sequence-type.html].

AA is for Amino acid Sequence.

DNA is for DNA Sequence

RNA is for message RNA Sequence.

Comment:

Is RNA referring to messenger RNA? Usually amino acid variants are reported with the cDNA transcript, so not clear why/when it would be either/or. Would have thought a genomic level sequence would also be listed.
