      This long value set is strange, and ought to be constrained. It looks like it's a list of participants in any kind of activity, not just healthcare (e.g., sports roles, religions, family relationship). Some of the healthcare-specific terms at the bottom seem fine, but there is an abundance of overgranular terms like "female second cousin" which hardly sounds like a care team role, and seemingly unrelated "roles" like "trespasser" and "waterskier!"
