Comment:

goal.outcome is a bit confusing inasmuch as there is also a CarePlan.activity.outcome (which seems more appropriate and consistent with the Patient Care WG Care Plan DAM). A Goal in itself can't accomplish a result: but the activities (interventions) to address the goal can accomplish the result. Yet it is good to have a goal attribute that summarizes progress toward that goal, which may be the composite results of one or more activities.
