"designation" is missing from ValueSet.expansion. This appears to be an oversight as one can specify synonyms, definitions, etc. when defining a valueset but cannot specify these as part of the expansion. A use case example would be for a terminology service to provide an expanded valueset with both english and french dispays.

Propose adding ValueSet.expansion.contains.designation (plus language, use and value) to the ValueSet resource to accommodate providing english and foreign language displays.
