A consistent term, using packageCode as a placeholder, needs to be determined to mean the DRG, Bundle or such other code used to signify an aggregate of goods and services.

Add a packageCode 0..1 coding <PackageCodeValueset example> to hold the package code to which this service line pertains to be located after the service attribute in all levels of the line items and the additional line items.
