Not Persuasive with mod-- Sequence captures "show your work concept" and thus will be useful in many settings. We will add clarification on its uses. Will work to add constraints beyond string type to sequence. Will clarify observedSeq element; this maps v2. AllelicFrequency already is in Observation for genetics profile (so doesn't need to be moved). Will change profile punctation/abbreviation names for consistency for Observation-genetics and DiagnosticReport-genetics. FamilyMemberHistory resource needs Patient Care group's collaboration. Will collaborate with Patient Care group to see if can be integrated into the resource directly and/or CG can take on the family hx resource itself. Will implement examples to show phenotypic data representation to see if anything else is needed there. Some comments are reasonable and ponderable to discuss more. However, this does not match reconciliation workflow. (Please refer #11013 or attachments to check how sequence resource can be implemented in clinical level usage)
