      Agreed, more examples and documentation will be provided here. However, the current documentation does at least specify a high level conceptual mapping for all the categories (i.e. for each category, which intent level resource should be created). That map will be linked specifically in the discussion.

      We will also add a section on profiling ActivityDefinition to make clear how that would work.

      I think it would be beneficial to describe how one would profile ActivityDefinition. Also, I am not clear about how dynamicValues are defined given the example provided. The category is 'drug' but the dynamicValue references what seems to be a path from MedicationOrder. How does one know that the context of the ActivityDefinition in this case is a medication order apart from looking at the id? It seems that ActivityDefinition needs to be vetted further to ensure it can meet requirements.
