Comment:

When I see the word "Plan" the first thing I think of is Insurance Plan. I'd prefer a different name if possible. If not, the first sentence, which currently is "This resource allows for the definition of various types of plans" should immediately define what a "plan" is. The resource isn't actually described until the 3rd paragraph.
