      Clarify usage of experimental flag with the different statuses. Specifically, there is a table where they are mixed, we will have two columns rather than one and provide additional narrative description of what each status means for experimental artifacts.

      Existing Wording: [Status mapping that combines status and experimental flag]

      Proposed Wording: [Status mapping that separates status and experimental flag].

      E.g.: Exp | draft -> Draft, InTest -> DRAFT, DEFINED

      Exp | active -> InTest -> DEFINED

      Exp | inactive -> inactive -> REJECTED

      Non-Exp | draft -> Draft, InTest -> DRAFT, DEFINED

      Non-Exp | active > Active> APPROVED, PROMOTED

      Non-Exp | inactive -> Inactive -> REJECTED, RETIRED

      Comment:

      Should also probably clarify the relationship between an experimental artifact and a non-experimental artifact in draft state. E.g., is it reasonable to start an artifact in experimental stage, do draft, then active through testing, then transition that to non-experimental and active because it's already been tested? Or should it be that anything that is anticipated to see production use following testing be flagged non-experimental to begin with?
