Suggest adding more comments in-line to explain the example. E.g.: is the ActivityDefinition being defined elsewhere (not shown)? Why are codes used (e.g., for specialty) vs. what appear to be named items (e.g., "Patient") elsewhere? Are those named items defined elsewhere? If so, could they be included in this example? For the representaiton of a code in a String field, is there a specific, normative syntax that is supposed to be used, e.g., for specialty?
