      Comment:

      In the future, we may want to provide additional contexts, such as an operation or a procedure. E.g., there may be multiple operations for an encounter, and we may want to know for each operation whether appropriate post-operation care was provided. In this case, an encounter-level context may be ambiguous or insufficient.
