      C-CDA on FHIR took the approach that if entries are nullable, they should be optional, thus we did not include separate (entries required) sections. However, this discharge summary profile did not follow that pattern.

      We will combine the separate Discharge Medications sections into one, and reference the appropriate DAF resources with a cardinality of 0..1.

      Will review other profiles and apply the same solution if applicable.
