      The Provenance resource can point to the Composition resource, and any other resources referenced in the Composition (AllergyIntolerance, Condition, etc.). Composition and other resources also have author references which can capture some of this information redundantly (at least the WHO), but the Provenance resource can constain the additional information (WHEN, WHERE, and WHY).
