The 3 "person" orieinted attribution concepts in the code system seem to overlap and are unclear. Does a "Professional" attribution not carry any legal use or weight? What is "Personal capacity"? Does this mean the attribution can only apply to that person him/her self? Would it be better to associate this with a role and have the role be how the attribution is characterized - As "self", Mother, Legal gardian, etc?
