Comment:

Consider the Patient QICore profile, the militaryService extension URL reference for the militaryService extension definition is incorrect and does not resolve properly. Extension definition references should refer to the ones from FHIR Core resource extension definitions or global extension definitions and not QICore-specific ones (see comment 4 above).

Please fix similar issues with other extensions in the QICore resource profiles (e.g., ProcedureRequest.appropriatenessScore)
