      Comment:

      The QICore profile for Condition specifies an extension called bodySiteInstance. Yet, Condition already specifies bodySite. Why do we not simply constrain Condition.bodySite rather than add an additional attribute? Also, the extension appears twice in the resource. Seems like a bug.
